Dr. Kawabe obtained a doctorate from Kyoto University for research in analysis of functional sites of proteins. After working at the IP department of a biotech company, he attended to the operation and management of IP in R&D of the company.
Dr. Kawabe joined Hiraki & Associates in 2016.
