　I have about an over 40 years’ experience of intellectual property practice, During my career mainly at the Japan Patent Office(JPO), I was Patent Examiner, Administrative Judge and Supervisors thereof, responsible for examination and appeal(trial) relating to mainly machinery in general, the Executive Administrative judge responsible for all IP appeals and suits against JPO, the Primary Judicial Research Official for Supervising officials and judicial support for judges in IP High Court, Diplomat responsible for WIPO/UPOV issues and negotiations in Ministry of Foreign Affairs(Head Office at Tokyo), Supervisor for protecting and utilization of all IP outcome in Super-conductivity Research Laboratory, Expertize Advisor, Expert in IP Due Diligences(DD) and IP Researcher in an patent firm. At present, He is supervising Mechanical Engineering & Material teams, as well as Electrical Engineering & Communication Technology T, Inbound Affairs T, Staffs Supporting T and Litigetion T as one of Vice Presidents.
